My name is yuck, too. <P>It was actually suggested by one guru poster that I read too many romances and that's how I chose this name.<P>There is even another yucky poster who uses this name out there. (although not the numbers)<P>Well since buttercup is taken, I'll have to think awhile...

You know, I feel so good - and have been feeling like this for 5 whole days in a row!! I know that most of you understand the significance of that!!<P>It really is all about moving on and accepting reality. And about thinking good things about yourself and doing good things for yourself.<P>Example: I've got tons of really sexy undies that I only used to wear when I knew we were gonna... Well, I'm gonna start wearing those sexy things all the time. It feels good to know that underneath you're wearing something like that!!<P>I have accepted that my marriage is over (all except the screaming about the property settlement, anyway) and that I have to work on the new and improved single me. Don't think I'm not scared to death!! I do not have a college degree or a profession and live in a small, depressed town that I can't move out of for 3 years. But I'm taking a training program and I'm going to talk to a counselor at the local college and I'm trying. I'm not pushing too hard, but I'm trying.<P>Smile. It's contagious. They'll smile back at you. Go to the grocery store and look for those guys picking up the little baskets - check 'em out - at my store they were way better looking than the married ones!! <P>Treat yourself like you deserve to be treated. Stop obsessing and dwelling on the past. What's done is done and we can't do anything to change it. What we can do is work on making ourselves as strong as we can be - and know better what we want and need in a relationship in the future. But first it's gotta be "ALL ABOUT YOU". Be selfish. <P>Oh geez, I really went on didn't I. I guess I really wish I could help someone else get to where I'm at - cause the pain is soooo much more tolerable.<P>Sorry.
