The only advice that my father ever gave me, (28 years old) after me finding out obout W's A was:<p>DON'T LEAVE YOURSELF WITH ANY WHAT IF'S DOWN THE ROAD!! <p>when considering divorce.<p>It took me over a month for that advice to hit home and really sink in.

Great advice. Although I am staring divorce now in the face(not my choice), my mom reminded me that at least no one can saw that I didn't try my best to keep the marriage together.<p>D-day 8/25/01 - WH moved in with parents
Married 9 1/2 years; together 13
3 boys 7 1/2, 6, 3 and a girl due next week
Did Plan A and Plan B, but WH has too may personal problems for either to be effective at this point.
Divorce imminent

Very good advice. My father gave me the same... unfortunately I didn't listen, as usual.<p>So now I have an ex-wife shacking up with OM in my house with physical custody of my son, while I live in a basement apartment and get to see my son 23 hours a week.
