This little girl is a gift, cherish her. As someone who only 7 months ago (today actually) went through the same thing, I wish you my best. It can be difficult, but is well worth it. Thanks for remembering.<p>I didn't read this before I posted my latest vent, but I'm glad I didn't because I'm nice and calm and able to accept the good wishes. <p>Although the court hearing won't be happening as planned(see other post), I am really excited about the baby.<p>She's getting so big. 3 weeks ago she was already over 7 lbs according to the ultrasound, and I was hoping not to have another 10 pounder. <p>I'll have my mom post the news once we have it.<p>Doesn't look like WH will be in the delivery room. He's going to wait in the waiting room with our 3 year old son until she is delivered. <p>Doesn't sound like it bothers him too much. I think it's the kind of thing that would only hit him later - if he ever came around because it would be the only child that he didn't cut the cord for or present at their birth. <p>Originally he wanted to be there - but only if I could schedule the induction around him dropping the other kids off at school - not like he couldn't have had someone else do that - and of course, with the induciton scheudled for 5:30am - he would have had to be awake for 4:30 am too, which I'm sure he didn't want to do. And as for driving me to the hospital - well he's already told me that it's too personal of a thing to do - ride in a car together. Anyway, enough of his excuses and warped reasoning.<p>I can't believe that I only have one more day!<p>Thanks again for the good wishes and will send the news as soon as I can! K

Hi K-<p>I take it your mom will be with you? I hope all goes well. Your H is a total control freak! Savor the moment. You will have the precious memories and once again he will have nothing. Enjoy your baby girl.I know I do. She will be your very special angel right here on Earh. I feel a special bond with her because of the whole situation her father has thrown us into.
