Hey everyone! I am moving out of the home that my husband and I share on 03/23. I am ready to head for a divorce and I live in NJ. Suprisingly, there is a ton of empty info. on the net as far as NJ and divorce goes. I do know that we have to be separated for EIGHTEEN months to get the divorce on OUR grounds- NO FAULT.
So do I file for a legal seperation first to CYA (cover your A$$)? And where do I go for this, my county's Municipal Court?
I'm scared and so nervous, please give me all of your wise advice!
Thank You, Duff
