As you all may now my story my wife has been having an affair since at least Oct. '01. with a co-worker that lives 1900 miles away. I'm trying to save our marriage... I have been on here for help and trying my best to do plan A. <p>I find out today that she has to go to where this person is for 1 month to work.... what do I do now? Sit back and wait? Is this part of plan A? She says she doesn't know what she wants. Can I believe this? She says she will not be with this person and will think about us and what she wants to do when she gets back.<p>I never dreamed my wife would hurt me like this, not in a million years.<p>Do I give up on her? Or let her heart make the decision... I think I have lost her.

The only thing you have control of is yourself, How you handle yourself now will determine how you come out of this in the future. take care of yourself.
