couldnt believe it, it was one of his aides, ask me what was going on, I had emailed our congressmen & sentors about our Judge who refused to rule on my Husband Military Retirement that is covered by Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act. One had emailed that he would get in touch with me later about it, hadnt heard from the 2 others. He told me to contact people who investagate Judges for misconduct. Called them told them my story, they will be sending out the forms to file a case against him. Im not the only one who has had trouble with him, he needs to go, he believes in the Good old Boy system. For those of you who dont know my X's father was in court because he knew the Judge and X was a former Policeman before getting Caught in woods with MOW in patorl car. Im ready to take it all the way to the state Capital for Appeals. Ive had one TV news station in Mobile Al. calling wanting me to let them know about the ruling they will do a report on it, my sister called the local Stations in Mobile Al. and Pensacola Fl. filled them in on details, this case will effect lots of Military Spouses both Men and Women in are area.

Not just effect military folks in your area...but ALL OVER the country..believe it or not..a lot of judges are like that especially in small towns..
