Friends, in less than 48 hours, I have a job interview. I am not happy where I am and am not having the success with the job that I would have wished. Therefore, any kind thoughts or prayers on the matter would be welcome.
New job- relatively new field - not sure I am really qualified. It would pay abou $130/month more but would mean some travel so I would have to work out schedule w/ xh. Might get me out of the pits I seem to be falling into. Don't know how I could be less happy than I am now.

I just want to wish you good luck. The way I look at it is...don't be nervous! If it is meant to be it will be. Getting nervous will not solve anything except getting you sick and making you not interview well. God has a master plan for all us...and all we can do is go along w/ it. But that is just my take on life. It has taken me a long time and a long road to get this philosophy. But, I am saying a prayer for you and wishing you the best!!

Cindy,
Consider it a grand adventure! You already have a job so it's not like life or death to get this new one. BUT it could be something great that you will love.
Just pray on it...and know, as whatcanido said, what's meant to be will be.

Gina, thanks for asking. It went ok. Not wonderful. Not horrible. The two primary interviewers were late - the other interviewer and I had started - basically she started a video that I had to watch. It was informative and well done. Then the other people arrived. The organization had a bid letting today for construction and maintenance contracts.
I had some mutual acquaintances with the primary interviewers.
It went well enough.
My general tendency is not to look at how it went but to look at the things that I did right or wrong. You never know when they are just going through the prescribed motions when they already know who will be getting the job. There is so much you never know. And a good interviewer usually doesn't give you much feedback. So, I don't know what to expect.
