Am I just fooling myself that she being my "one and only" is enough to overcome that feeling that "I deserve better."
At our age of 34, and W 33, I think we're both still immature, despite having 2 kids.
We seem to be both "content" with life now that we've grown apart, and taken for granted the love we used to have.
How should I prepare myself to look into the possibility of divorce, and to come to that point of whether it's a valid option instead of working on the marriage? How do I share this finding to my W?

It's not enough that your wife is your "one and only". If you want to regain feelings of love, it's going to take work.

quote:
How should I prepare myself to look into the possibility of divorce, and to come to that point of whether it's a valid option instead of working on the marriage? Only after you have given it your best wholehearted effort will you be in a position to consider the possibility of divorce without facing the likelihood of regret.
One of the "safest" ways to broach the subject of your concerns about your marriage is with the aid of a marriage counselor.
