My wife is having an internet relationship with her ex-lover of 14 years ago. These emails are rather hinting, if you know what I mean. We have not had sex for almost 5 months and when I confronted her with one of the emails, about a month ago, she said he was only a freind and I should not be going in to her personal email. Now, my question is this, If I have over 2 dozen emails between her and her ex-lover, which by the way he lives in CA she in AL, how would the courts look at this in a divorce case? Is this a form of cheating? I really would like to know.

I have no idea how the courts would view it.
But I have one big question and a truckload of little ones.------------What do you want to do with your marriage?
How can telling w that you know about them enhance your marriage?
Are you in counseling?
Is your wife in counseling?
Are the two of you in joint counseling?
How much reading have you done here?
Have you read about the questionaires?
Have you read 'His Needs/Her Needs'?
Do you know what plan A is?
Do you want to work on your marriage?
Or do you just want to punt and run?
