I'm not fully through these but I have the following: How to survive the loss of a love The Fresh Start Separated/Divorce Workbook (good)
I also have a counselor and belong to a Separated/Divorced Support group in my area which meets weekly. They also plan alot of social activities to get people out in a non-threatening environment.

I found On Your Own Again by Keith Anderson & Roy MacSkimming to be helpful for separation grief and such.
Also, The Little Book of Letting Go by Hugh Prather is a useful book that is basically a 30 day program that is overall useful to help with anxiety and such. It's not specific to divorce, it's just letting go of the crud in general... I didn't follow the program, but the book offered a lot of interesting ideas that I explored.
