Since the kids and I moved nearly 2 weeks ago, my H has done his best to just barely comply with the no contact order......leaving an unsigned, nonthreatening note on my van (telling me to check the tires and get oil changed), riding around on his motorcycle and saying hi to the kids (he is to have no contact with them), and the worst: showing naked pictures of me to my friend's husbands. If I report him, he gets arrested, but I'm not sure that would really help anything, be more like waving a red flag in front of a bull and making him angrier. Oh, he also advertised all the furniture and hot tub for sale, and had a garage sale to sell anything I left....so it won't be there to split up during the divorce, and I can't go back to get anything.
Our hearing is on Monday, to decide whether to continue the no contact order, visitation, and child support. Any suggestions by those of you who have been there would be appreciated!

{{{{{{Annavon}}}}}}} I have a motto from the days that I lived in "neigbhorhood watch" mode in an area riddled with drug houses, gangs, and other sordid characters. "She who has the best documentation wins." Document everything! Keep an activity log. List dates, times, any witnesses. Do this persistently and relentlessly.

I haven't quite been exactly been there, but I've been close by.
In my state he could be slapped with contempt charges for selling any marital assets. At the very least he should be required to document the selling price of the goods and that money should go into the settlement negotiations. This is info that should go to your lawyer asap.
If he is required by court order to have no contact with the kids and he's violating that order. This would look very very bad for him in future actions involving child custody. This is something else I'd suggest you discuss with your attorney. It might be good for you to pursue this legally but let your attorney guide you.
If the note on your van was unsigned and nonthreatening then that's one I'd probably let drop if it were me. IMHO the other issues you mentioned are more important. Tell your attorney about it, regardless.
As far as the pictures go... I'd bet that you could probably force him legally to not only cease showing them around, but return them to you. I know it sounds like a broken record (do people even know what a broken record sounds like anymore?) but tell your attorney.
I hope you can get this info to your attorney before the hearing on Monday. Write it down, document it all as lonesome has suggested. Times, dates, places, actions. Bring every shred of proof you have (like the note left on your van). Ask your friends husbands if they'd be willing to testify in court.
This really stinks but I'm sure you can get through it!

well... what he is doing is testing the boundaries. Definitely tell your attorney about the note and the contact with the kids. the selling of the assets of the marriage is one that is a big problem to him. On the back of the divorce paperwork there is a customary restraining order... it says something like can't take the kids out of state without notifying the other parent, cannot get rid of marital assets, etc, etc, etc. Let your attorney know!
The previous advice to document everything is very important! Having a calender log of what is occuring will be important later for refreshing your memory if nothing else. My calenader proved that stbx did some sort of harassing behavior just before a deposition or court date to rattle me.
Take care of yourself and your kids!
lori
