I have been told that things, "Come to Pass," they do not "Come to Stay" There is nothing more powerful in the world than prayer. Nothing, absolutely nothing, happens in God's world by mistake! Try to see the good in all things. You have helped me in that you have shared what you are going thru and that reminds me that I am not the only one that is experiencing this............

My apologies for not replying sooner. I have been erally sick with Sinusitis and Bronchitis that the doctor thinks may actually be Pnuemonia, so I really haven't gotten on the computer for the last few days. I am at work right now, so I only have a couple of minutes.
I will post more when I am feeling a little bit better, but I did want to reply to one person in specific.
NurseBo79,

quote:
your message sounds like you may be clinically depressed. Have you considered this?

Actually, I have already been diagnosed with depression. I have been on several different Anti-Depressants, and have been told by my doctor that I will continue to be on them for at least a year. At one point he was considering hospitalizing me because of it.
Please excuse my short reply, and I promise that I will come back and reply to the rest of you when I am feeling a bit better.

LS,
Thank you for checking in! We were beginning to really worry. Sorry to hear that you aren't well.
I hope that you are taking extra good care of yourself now. If you do have pneumonia than you shouldn't be at work.
I'm sending healing thoughts your way, both for your physical as well as your mental well being.
ASM

re- meds. I think you need to change to a differant one or Dr. Definately needs to increase your dosage. Effexor is working very well for me. Had to be weaned onto it, starting at 37.5 mg. Now I am at 300 mg a day which is a teensy bit higher than the average dosage a person needs, I think. I just upped the ante 2 weeks ago with new discoveries & upsets.
I wonder who you were in this past life. I am dying of curiosity. Just last week, I changed my name from "cantletgo". Changing it does help. Use something a little less negative.
It sounds like you & wife are done, but not divorced. And that you are attached to someone new, who recently told you she loved you. Why wont she commit? For starters, are YOU available? Not if you are still legally married to someone else. She probably is taking steps to prevent herself from being hurt. Unless she is already married too? But really, you need to avoid the rebound syndrome if anything else. You run the risk of diving into the fantasy of new found infatuation & thinking its REAL LOVE, and hurting those around you. You need to set some boundaries for YOURSELF. Vow to take a set amount of time for yourself to heal and to cope and to investigate the issues that promote your depression further. You have to heal yourself. Noone can do it for you and there is no quick fix. Jumping head first into another relationship before the healing has begun will only lead to further heartache. SLOW down . . . ONE DAY AT A TIME. I know we give off vibes/signals. I will intentionally not become involved with another person for quite a while. I must heal myself first. Drop the baggage off, so to speak.
