How do you let your husband go.. My husband had an affair and told me about in 10/02 - now new things have come to light and it may have been with the neighbor that he has been talking to secretely for 1 year on the cell phone - though he denies anything happened with her - says they are only friends.. he says that he is not in love with me anymore - of course he loves me but its different... We are filing for divorce - he says that he can't live with me not trusting him again and his freedom gone - he can't live with the fact that everyone will treat him differently because of what he did ?? we actually get along fine as long as I don't bring up anything to do with all of the problems - He has actually been spending more time with the kids - he says that he is just going to go to his apartment and hole up and not face anyone in the world except me and the kids.. Now my question is how do I let him go - How do I go on with my life?? We have been together for 19 years married 15 years in August - Never had any problems in our marriage that I was aware of until last summer when he started feeling quilty - I have been very suspicious and non trusting - go figure - but I still love him but I know that he doesn't want to be married now and I have to let go - But how do you do it?? There are no custody battles, no huge fights about the divorce or anything - I have never even really gotten angry at him for what he has done to us - I guess I am still just numb and can't face reality that it is really gonna happen??? How do you do it ???
