Went to mediation on tuesday at 10am. We should have not even gone. She wouldn't even try to agree on anything. No debts she feels she needs to pay or anything.. The mediator talked to me after it was all over and said, good luck, she is very childish and doesn't want to except any fault in this... I told him thanks. She inflated the value of everything making it look like there was money when there isn't any. All i can do now is sit back and wait for the court date. Maybe the judge will see the same things the mediator seen. I can only hope and pray, the judge makes her pay for her share of all of this debt. Has anyone gone threw something like this and if so would you mind posting the outcome after going to court? Please respond! I feel like I am getting shafted, Please someone share there thoughts.

I'd just take care of yourself right now and be very prepared its sounds like she is interested in causing you damage. The judge most likely will see right through her. Hope all goes well for you.
