X was suppose to pay 18 months of COBRA health insurance @$454.00 month. Called to check I need surgery in Aug. its not paid & I have no health insurance until they get the check from him. X also included a note telling them to send all information from now on to his address. Lady told me NO Way it will come to me only. She was nice told me she would call X to let him know that they need the payment. X has always paid his bills on time this is not like him. X works in mobile al about 45 miles away & gets off work 5pm. lately people have told me they see X in town at the hospital & service stations (this is where the local police pick up the cashiers). afraid X is doing like he did on his last job wait in front of service station to see who he could pick up while in police uniform it doesnt work anymore without the uniform. I would like him to be working when we go back for the appeal if his new job finds him hanging around MOW when he should be working X will be fired, this is his 4th job in almost 4 years after retiring from the Navy. My paperwork to start the appeal was sent to the judge today. he can sit on it for 60 days before we can move forward to the appeal judges.
X-42 W-48 C-13 yrs, 28, 7 gd. A-2 yrs with MOW
MOW-29 C-3 from 4yrs to 9 M-10yrs.

Well, if he has to pay it out of his paycheques at least you will finally be getting your $$! It's about time too.
Hopefully the judge will find that he has to pay the money he owes you whether he is employed or not.
Good luck.
A.
