Very confusing. There is a Mentor near Cleveland in Ohio, but Midpines and Montara are places in California.<p>I'd ask what kind of information you're looking for, but I can't claim familiarity with any of these places.

I am about 50 miles away. What are they interested in?<p>There are some wineries, and a arbotorium not too far away. In Erie, Pa, within a hour there is a waterpark; around Cleveland, there is an amusement park(Six Flags), Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. <p>Let me know, my girlfriend has just started a job where they are trying to tie in all tourism aspect of Lake Erie counties. Yes Gnome, they are two different areas....they are doing a fast tour in one place, but I think the main base will be near Cleveland.<p>Bob, thanks for the info. It is a high school music tour, and they are looking for extra things for teh kids to do, so I appreciate the info.

Mentor is a small industrial town on the lake. Since its a music group, they may like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. <p>They would diffinately like 6 Flags an hour away at most or even Cedar Point which is 2 hrs west.<p>They might be able to get baseball tickets fairly easy as the Indians suck right now and their GM said it might be 3-4 yrs till they are competitive again(yikes!).

Nina, Try these websites for the Lake County Visitor's Bureau, where Mentor is located, www.lakevisit.comAlso try www.lakemetropark.comHolden Arboretum is www.holdenarb.org.Also Ohio's largest sand beach on Lake Erie is at HEadlands Beach State Park, off Rte 44 in Mentor. Wineries is the area include Chalet Debonne, Ferrante and Old Firehouse Winery.
