Divorce Process Experts, My WW is pushing forward with the D process. We live here in Sweden but were married in MN in 1993. Does anyone know if we can get divorced here in Sweden or must we return to MN to do it? It is much easier (unfortunately) here in scandinavia...<p>Sweden

Swedish courts have jurisdiction if the defendant is domiciled in Sweden or if the plaintiff has been domiciled in Sweden for at last one year.<p>Best wishes D
