Hi all,
I am not sure this is the best site for me to post on as I cant give unbiased views of marriage due to my marital expereinces.
I am getting divorced and would never get married again or maybe never live with another man.I find marriage too restrictive and value my independence.

oh,
I said the very same thing probably, oh, maybe the day before I met my current husband. I was ending an 18 year disaster with a selfish, self-centered, emotional cold fish who thought he was Ramses the Great.
I was married on the 31st day afte my divorce was final and I have never regretted a moment of it. (though that probably just shows how dumb I am!)...I love this man with all my heart and soul and if the price I had to pay to get this marriage was THAT marriage, then I consider it a fair trade.

Not to be argumentative but 'SAID THAT, TOO!'
I am firmly convinced that men should live in big dorms and we chicks get the houses and the guys come over a couple evenings a week for sf and companionship and leave their checks on the table. (The government pays for the dorms).
My h is away from home tonite and I am dreadful lonesome for him.
