Hello, I'm pregnant with my fourth child. I had a miscarriage with my third but I still consider him/her to be my third.
I've not had the opportunity to see my doctor because he has been on vacation since I found out. I'm uncomfortable with the amount of sleep I'm needing. Right now I literally have been sleeping on and off all day. When I am awake I'm very disoriented (I mean dizzy). Showers help. I don't remember this feeling with my first two children. I did experience this with my miscarriage last year. Thanks for any possible explanations.
Tess
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your third child.
Sleepy all the time sounds fine...that's not uncommon. Dizzyness, however, sounds a bit scarier.. could be related to high blood pressure...can you see whoever is covering for your doctor? Or, call his office and speak to a nurse? It's probably nothing, but better to be safe...
Hang in there--
Kathi
Kathi,
My doctor will be back on Monday and I'm going to see him then. I was hoping that it could be related to iron levels being low because that is possible.
I started taking my iron supplements from last year as well as my prenatals.
Thanks for responding to my post.
Tess

Hi Tessa!!
Four kids, one miscarriage, usually sleepy sometimes dizzy. That's it for me in a nutshell. I actually passed out a few times when I was pregnant with girls. Still, go to see someone ASAP if you are scared. Stess will work on your health in a bad way, and worrying about your baby's health is stressful.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] Congradulations! I hope that this is happy news.
H

Thanks Harlequinn! It definitely is happy news. I just wish I had morning sickness. They always told me that was a good sign.
I've got a doctor's appt. first thing Monday morning. Thank you for being concerned.
I pray that I can carry this child but if I can't, I pray for my acceptance of God's will in my life. Tess
