My husband of 20 years has told me that something is missing and that he is just not happy, but it has nothing to do with me and he still loves me. I am his second wife and he had 2 kids by his previous marriage which we raised along with the 2 kids we had. All through our marriage on and off he would say things like "I'll love you forever as far as I know." "no one can predict the future." He says that there is not anyone else involved although he has told me that sone women at work confide in him with alll their marital and divorce problems. He even said that one was quiting and starting a new life somewhere
else and that sounded good. We do have a lot of responsibilities with our 2 older children who have been handed everything and not made to pay for their car insurance and other things for years but still recieve all these bennefits from us working. He says he feels overwelmed from alll the responsibility and so do I sometimes. For know he says He is just trying to be good to me and make me happy and see if this feeling passes. I think that everyone has these feelings sometime or other through their marriage. actually we are really getting along great and he is always here so there is nothing else going on. I was just wondering what in the world he is really thinking. He says he will not talk about it anymore. I have a suspision that he may have been emotionally involved with someone but has endded it and trying to do the right thing.

He seems to be saying what my sister said she felt prior to her late husband's illness.
She fantasized about running away from the family of five kids, a dog, and two cats. All this was confided in me due to my seperation. (He had been a member of the clergy, so no calling is immune.) They went to counceling, decided that they really wanted to make things smoother, then the illness... .
I feel that my wife may have let "those" (like the co-workers who your husband said is confiding in him) or the OM, persuade her to take off in the delusional state that she will have a better life.
Talk
Talk
Talk .
rrunrr
