I do not hang out here in this forum, hope I never have to either (no offense).
Anyways....I recently just told a couple buddies from high school, back home, about what happened to me and then I contacted another buddy who recently divorced. I knew his W years ago, and I just felt like an A was his reason to DV. Last week I was toying with the comp. and got registered on "Buddy Online" deal and a couple hours later "this friend" appears online. After an hour of catching up, he stated that if she hadn't of had an A, they would still probably be married. I asked him if he wanted help, he not knowing of my situation yet. He asked how? I mentioned and gave him the MB's website. From there, I told him what happened to me. Note: he really doesn't have anyone to talk to back home about this in our hometown, pop. 1100. So everyone knows "what happened".
He tells me he would still like a relationship with her, still loves her, would like to be with her. Problem, she is now living with OM and is happy with him and is somewhat happy with my friend.
I told him to read the site as if he were still married to her and that she was just having an A. Do the Plan A/ Plan B ordeal.
DId I give him the right advice? Is he to far gone to come here? Should I talk him into getting logged in and get posting?
Just curious, dont want to push him into something that could get worse emotionally.

It think it's a good idea to turn him on to MB. Then he can do with the material what he pleases.
At the very least he will be exposed to some very good ideas on how to have a better marriage. This could enrich the rest of his life.

I've recommended MB to many people, and keep passing my book and tapes around. If it doesn't help him reconcile with his wife, it will make him a better person/spouse in the future, and my even help him understand and deal with his D.

I got what I figured, positive responses. I to have recommended MB to other people, but not to a DV person. Just wanted to check with the MB'ers here.
Thanks again.
