O.K. gang I need some input on this expecially members from Ontario Canada.
Today the GF stbxh said he is coming and going to take their daughter from her and leaving the other two behind (step brother and sister). Now my question is can he just take her and can he win custity of her. GF lawyer thinks so cause she is involved with me but I don't believe a judge will break up the children. He has no job and he has no case but may try to use me to build a case against her.
What do you think?

I don't know if such a thing exists there or not, but here I got a temporary custody order so that he couldn't do that very thing to me. You may be able to rush it through somehow.

Get to a lawyer fast......because without it he certainly could take the child.

Love and light,

Jacky

she did not take her, he left her and the kids behind. she lets him have the girl any time he wishs. She realizes that this is his daughter and her's too. He is just getting vindictive cause he blew it and she doen't want him back regardless if I'm in the picture or not.Frankly she is the better parent cause she the one that does everything even before they separtated. Like her lawyer says the only reason he is doing this is so he can live off the system so he get out of working. I've known her for several years now and not once have I seen him go out and get a job. We did not creat this mess he did.
