I have purchased most of Dr Harleys books and have spent endless hours reading and reading. nothing works - as my husband refuses to grant me a forum. He is not the same man I thought I married. It is as if he is another person and I cannot comunicate with him. He is not interested in saving the marriage, He wants out. he is denying me and our unborn daughter, I am due in 6 weeks. and he refuses to be a part of any of us. Just like that!

Orly,
I am so sorry that you are going through this right now. My H left me when I was 2 months pregnant and although I tried MB, H never returned.
It is especially hard for you right now with all of those pregnancy hormones raging, and I know that you feel a special attachment to your H who is the baby's father.
However, since H does not want or is not ready to face the resopnsibility of fatherhood, you need to try really hard to take care of yourself.
You need to eat right, take your vitamins, get enouigh sleep - it's not just for you, it's for your baby. Do you have a support system to lean on right now?
Do you have people who can help you after the baby's birth?
If not, then please contact your church to see if there is a mom's group or ministry for new moms.
You really do need counseling right now too - if only to have someone to cry to. I know that once the baby is born you won't be able to do much of anything, but that's ok.
Right now, you have got to get into MOTHER MODE. Prepare for the baby's coming and let the problems with H wait. I know, easier said than done, but if H isn't caring about you, you need to care about you. H needs to take care of his own problems right now, and as you said, H is not letting you help him.
How is the money situation. Make sure that you buy plenty of the things that you need for when the baby comes because you will probably not be out of the house much for at least a few weeks after. And if H wants a divorce you need to save some money to live on as well as money for an attorney.
You can be doing a Plan A now- just remember to take care of yourself and that baby, who right now is your #1 concern.
Hang in there! K

Orly,
You are welcome for the response, keep coming here and posting!!!
GIIC, is one of the toughest, strongest, smartest ladies I know, and I mean that with all sincerity. She has given you some wonderful advice, you must take care of you and your daughter, you can not change WH or the things that he is doing right now.
Find the support that GIIC is talking about, make sure that you are finacially sound, are his parents willing to help?
There are lots of resources for support groups, check out the county health dept, ask your OB, church groups are great. You are going to need help!!!
Keep coming here and posting!! We are here to help and support however we may from long distance!!!
