Hi Justin-- The folks here can help, but you have to give a little more detail so that thye can suss out the problems and apply MB principles therein.
The best way to handle your situation is to "Plan A" *read the materials here). This is a campaign of making yourself happy, attractive, and desirable to your spouse. It's no9t about begging or pleading or trying to change HER. It's about making yourself a fantastic husband.
Begging and pleading NEVER works. If she wants to leave, she will. And if she is seeing someone else, then nothing you do will affect her because she will eb in what they call here a fog.
So work on yourself, be polite and confident, and sometimes a little mystery on your part helps. If she doesn't come running back, at least you will have the confidence that you are the best you can be.
