HI Im in Ontario, have been seperated for just over a year and my seperation agreement was filed with the court in August so I can persue with FRO to have my exes wages garnisheed as he owes arrears of $4000 in child support..
Does anyone know what I need to "do" now that the agreement has been filed to the court? He says he has not received a package to fill in but he would not tell me if he has or not, my lawyer tells me I have to just wait, and I cannot get through to FRO on the phone.. Can anyone help? Id love to hear from anyone who may have any info! Thanks!
