Hey all! Just wanted to check in and update you all. I'm working full time at this fabulous job! Think having some control over my life has done amazing things to how I feel.
The ex is still not paying child support. They have used every collection method available...but what can I say? He won't let *anyone* tell HIM what to do. *snicker* I truly believe in what goes around, comes around.
Court appearance 43 is looming on the horizon. We are now headed into Discovery....basically since it's been over 3 years of fighting over nothing, I will in the end receive nothing after 20 years of marriage...WAIT A MINUTE!...I will receive something!!!!! -- F R E E D O M!! and man has freedom been expensive! well worth it though!
And again....thank you thank you thank you for all your support and your wonderful posts! I do lurk and read what I can. GIIC, Peachy, Annavon..you gals are the best and keep me working towards the top (and the rest of you too!!!!!)
Please let me know how you ALL are doing!

It really is good to here that you are hanging in there - despite antics of ExH.
I still can't believe how many courtdates that you've had - and I'm an attorney!!!!
Anyway, it looks like I'll be counting the number of court dates myself as I have learned that because of ExH's personality nothing works except taking him to court. How sad. And as you have said about your Ex - sometimes that doesn't even work.
You're my all time idol, and I hope to arise with my freedom too.
I'll be praying the good things continue to go your way!
