I see this topic is about Divorcing as well, but I see posts mainly about Divorced. I will post my story later on today but basically my wife has started the divorce proceedings through a lawsuit for child custody and support.

She's been having an EA with the OM since March of this year. My feeling and what she keeps insisting is that this is not about the EA but about her dissatisfaction in our M. She has brought up divorce before but really didn't mean it until she met this guy. That's why I am here.

Sorry for the reason that you are on this board, but know that not everyone on this board is divorced. (me included) Feel free to post whatever you are going through. We are here to offer support, to listen when you vent and offer suggestions when asked.

They all say that it's not about the OP, yet for those that do recover they only realize later on how much the OP affected them. I see this is your first post. There is so much good on this website. Have you read the MB concepts? Also, even though she may have started DV proceedings it may not be hopeless. Many have done plan A / B with success. (Sorry, there are no guarantees) You may also want to post and read on General questions and plan A/B.
