Boy it's only been 2 days after my W called me after 6 weeks, but it is hard not picking up the phone and calling!!!

I really have a problem with all the I-net affairs. Am I crazy or is the whole world getting weird?? My wife really doesn't think it's the same as meeting someone in person. That's ridiculous isn't it? I know it's not how my marriage got to the point it is, but it's not helping me get any closer to her. She's like addicted to talking to all the available men out there. Hopefully fog will lift and she'll come out and see the real daylight.

Would it be adviseable in a couple of weeks of no contact if the MC were to call her and see if she'd like to go in for an IC? Or do I just wait patiently for her to make the move (if she does)?

How long do I wait to show affection since we are separated? Isn't this part of Plan A. Do little things to show affection to fill her love bank with no LB's? How long do I wait before doing any of these things? She got a good dose of the new Alan the other night. If I know my wife she will be expecting me to call her real soon (since I begged and pleaded in the beginning) She will wonder what is wrong if I don't. She's very curious.

I wish I was home to tuck in my girls.

My wife and I discussed alot of things that I didn't do right in the marriage. She finally took some responsibility in the marriage breakdown.......I was surprised. I've been blamed since day one. This makes me believe that fog has lifted a little. I feel that once she understands that seeing a guy or talking to men when your still married is an affair........now we are on level playing field since she is really mad at me for having EA over a year ago. She was probably shocked that I didn't get mad about the guy she was with at concert. Normally I would be, but I know why she did it and now she should realize how easy it really is if marriage is suffering. I made some jokes about it (didn't get mad...no LB) and she laughed too. She may still be in contact with him or others, but it doesn't bother me. If that's the life she chooses......sounds like unhapiness to me. I told her I was staying faithful to her....enough pain has occured. I'm starting a brand new way of life for me. Total honesty and respect for others. For 2 years Satan was eating at my soul and he won't win. I won't allow him to destroy my marriage. God will stand with me.

I bet she was surprised when I remembered the restaurant we went to on first date and were we had our first kiss.

I am praying for everyone here having family problems. I thank everyone here for helping me. I hope to have an outcome then I will really celebrate on MB!

God Bless

Know it is hard to be in silence, Al, but this is when good counsel comes in handy. Made an appt. with the MB counselors yet? That may better help you with strategy planning and smart advice.

I still believe to let her come to you. She is in the fog. But she has alot to forgive too. I know this b/c I am a BS. And there were many times I'd just wish secretly I had made my WH jealous back then. But I did the right thing...Oh well.

IF things with wH got better, sure thing I'd schedule another session with MB counseling. Not much they can do now. He is a man way into the fog. So far that I am fearful he may never exit in time to save whatever we had as a married couple.

Just remember not to push ok? That is all I can add for now.

Thanks Peach,
I really hope that some of the things SHE brought up the other night were REAL and a sign she is confused and maybe thinking about things............or she's real good at manipulation. I think what really shocked her is that the old Alan would have been really upset about the other guy thing, but this Alan was understanding and caring. What a shocker for her. I went the whole time without saying anything to cause an argument or conflict. We hadn't done that in a long time. If she has doubts I love her a few more conversations like this should set the record straight. It also helps with my daughter there saying "When's my daddy coming home". I think it would be hard for her to bring another guy in around that. I really feel she has been selfish. I would never abandon her to find myself. There are so many people this is affecting. I think this drains you more emotionally, physically, and financially then working on the marriage would. They think it is an easy solution. It would be easier if I didn't care about her and just walked away, but I am still STANDING and fighting for my family. Everday I picture me at home hugging my wife.......that gives me the hope and inspiration I need to make it. Boy, if she read this marriage builder site she'd know how I felt. Who knows, maybe she does!LOL I just hope she goes to counseling and the priest sees her soon. Somewhere inside her sh'e got to have some love for me......I couldn't have drained it all.

Funny, yesterday I took a drive and was going to go by our house. I had a present for my D and thought by chance maybe she'd be outside. When I got a couple of blocks away I was so nervous. My hands were sweaty and I had butterflies in my stomache. It felt like the first time I picked her up on a date! Going on 7 weeks without seeing each other. God this is hard. I want to see her soooooooooo bad. I wonder if she wants to see me. Maybe not. Anyway I'm starting to babble.....sorry.
