The divorce processing is moving forward and I've received notice that both my WW and I will be deposed soon. I am the one that filed six months ago, before my WW agreed to counseling again (after 8 months of counseling with SH). My laywer asked me to be there when she questioned my W.
What should I expect at the deposition? I was told it would take about one hour. My lawyer has all of the evidence indicating that I have grounds for divorce (adultery at least two times over). My W has not counterfiled. What kind of questions, etc. should I expect when I am deposed by my W's lawyer? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
