My wife has recently moved into a separate bedroom. It has hurt me deeply but I can understand her anger at me. Does anyone have any exprience with this situation. Should I give her the space she is asking for. I have tried to convince her to come back but she is determined to stay there. I need some advice on what I should do. Should I just leave her alone or try to still talk about it with her.
Thanks
Well...
You didn't say why she was angry with you.
If you are a sleep-walker and periodically sock her in the eye, then there could be a problem.... OK, this is no place for teasing, but honestly the "why" might have some bearing on things.
But for the most part, it's awfully wrong to have seperate bedrooms even if you aren't happy with one-another, even if that's one-sided. About six years ago when we were at about our bottom in a lot of ways, if we'd started sleeping seperately then I am SURE that we'd have fallen the rest of the way apart. Just waking up in the middle of the night in a hug that would never have been (just a hug, now) if you were awake. . .
that's over-simplifying it... but the gist is the same.
Consider the "why"
