H told me money would continue as usual, dont worry blah, blah, blah

Now 1 month into seperation H has his direct deposit moved from our joint account to his own personal. I have already mailed checks to cover mortgage and bills

Like he hasnt hurt us enough, now hes messing with our home and thats not really much, but it is my home. It was originally part of my grandfathers farm and went out of the family when my grandparents died. family who bought farm had a daughter who was very good friends with my aunt and uncle and my father, so when they were ready to retire and move they gave us the house at a very good price and even held the mortgage for a while. This whole street had special memories for me while I was growing up and when we moved here, my children played in the same stream and woods that my father played in when he was little

I have seen a lawyer, but you know how these things take time, I cant believe he has done this

any suggestions????

See a lawyer...he HAS to be paying you something....he is just trying to avoid it, and he did so by transferring it without telling you, thus intimidating you. Now, find out how much he is required to pay you BY LAW, and if he won't do it voluntarily, there is a way you can have it garnished from his pay. This seems to be world wide, so go for it.

Do this quickly...as he may have other plans for 'his' money.

It floors me how these WS's seem to think they can just go ahead and do whatever they like whenever, whatever, etc. NOT so.

Now you go out and FIGHT for your money, especially since you are living at a place that means so much to you.

Love and ight,

Jacky

there was apparently a problem with his direct deposit, and money was eventually deposited, So I guess I paniced, but he did remove more cash than usual for his weekly spend on girlfriend fund

Am anxiously awaiting paperwork to move quickly with lawyer
