This whole week my stbx has been downright hostile towards me. Today I had to go into the office and I called his cell to see how the baby was doing and I asked him where he was and he said "its none of your business, the baby is fine that is all you need to know" click!
Then, this afternoon we took the baby to his swim class. Stbx met me there because I came right from the office. Well he fogot the baby's towel and there was no extra clothes in the diaper bag except for an outfit that was dirty. I had to put back on the baby's outfit that he came in and it accidentally got wet because I had to use a blanket instead of a towel to dry the baby off and apparently the blanket didn't dry him off completely. When stbx held the baby he saw that the backside of the baby's outfit was wet and yelled at me for not drying the baby off properly. I told him that if he put a towel in the bag, I wouldn't have had a problem. Now he is going to tell his mother and she is going to have it out with me when it was stbx fault for not packing the diaper bag properly. Stbx and his mother are going to turn this all around and blame me because I didn't prepare the diaper bag before I went into the office.
I know this seems trivial to some of you but you don't know my stbx and his mother. They will make a case out of anything and everything.
I don't know how much more of this I can handle. Please tell me how to handle this.

Baby, document this.
Your stbx is a big boy now. He should be able to pack a diaper bag properly. He is not a little boy who needs everything done for him.
Because he does not posses the abiltiy to take responsibility for his actions is not your fault. If your stbx MIL makes a case of this, stand up for yourself. Tell her, it was his responsibiltiy to pack the bag and he should have forseen the need of a towel and clean clothes and leave it at that. Why does he have to go running to mommy everytime you "do something wrong"
After you are divorced, do you have child care lined up for the days you have to go to the office? You might want to line that up. You will need to show you have taken this into consideration.

Thanks for your reply, Sue. Its nice to see you checking in on me.
I am looking into child care right now. Been to a couple of places in the area and have gotten prices. I am taking all of this into consideration.
