Renewing Of the Mind...sounds like a software acronym and in the deepest sense it IS! How many know of this phrase? How many MBer's can lay claim to being righteous in God!?
For all WS and BS alike I want to take a moment and share with you what I (WS)AM experiencing!!
first off knowing Christ can get you there quicker however not knowing Christ does not disqualify you at all...you must work harder! As the WS I have repent of my sins (and man the list is looooooonnnnnnnggggggg).
1st: YOU MUST make a conscious purpose filled labor to become and think as you believe (this part being easier for those in the know than those without).
2nd: SELF JUDGEMENT: You know yourself better than any one on this earth. Look hard and deep, take inventory of all the iniquities in your life. Know that they are inspired by your "old" nature aligned with Satan. James 1:14-15.
3rd: How Does God WANT me to Repond? "Pray for those who persecute you."
4th: ON PURPOSE: Focus MY thoughts with God's. What does the Bible say. Practice thoughts of GOD (scripture) until they become your own!
My fellow MBer's (Mary, Dave, et al) I emplore you to pray on this and turn your hearts and MIND to Christ!
