I'm from Mi. We were trying to get something going for St. Louis, but S. Wis. would be better for me. My son lives in Milwaukee with his wife and stepdaughter and we used to live there ages ago, so I am familiar with the drive. I would love to meet some people and get out and have some fun!. DBD

Just thought I'd pop in to say, my H and I traveled to Wisconsin this summer (Green Bay area) when we were in one of our supposed "reconcilations"...he later told me there were "3" of us in the car....but that didn't stop MY love affair with Wisconsin - nice place. Just my 2 cents worth. Also its only 12 1/2 hours from my place if you keep the pedal to the metal!!

I live about 80 miles west of Rochester, MN. Takes me about 5 hours to get to Wis./IL border.
