thanksgiving will be a time with my family. Different state away from X & OW. My oldest son grandmother ask us to attend thanksgiving with her. This is my 1st H mom. We were D in 78. Its been so long he is like a stranger. We just M too young. Youngest thinks she is his grandmother too, she treats him better than X mom. Last night we put up a 6ft aluminum xmas tree from the 60s. Oldest son thought it look neat, he had never seen on before. It was fun putting it up as a family, we dont put the tree up this early, but Im ready for a change. thought the holidays would be sad but both me & our son is looking forward to them. We plan to make changes in our lives next year. X went on with his life with OW, its time we did the same.

YOu go, girl! It's great that you're living.

My daughter just the other day told her granny that her dream is to have an aluminum tree and the old color wheel when she grows up. Too funny.

Go to Grandma's and have a great time. Holidays are for family and friends and sometimes the friends are easier to take than the family.
