Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm finally home from Las Vegas. I had the most amazing time. My relatives were a great support to me and I even won some money. I'm glad I went. I am now finally home and playing with my son who really missed me, although I am totally jet lagged and all I want to do is sleep.

Having said that, before I went to the airport my stbx said "I hope your plane goes down". Can you believe it! He was mad that he had to wake up at 5:45 a.m. because of my flight and I don't know if he said that because he was very mad. However, even if you are mad, would you ever say that to a spouse?

Can I use this in court?

Hi Baby,

Glad you had a good time, and that you are home. Also glad stbx did not get his wish. It does not matter if he was mad, that remark is totally uncalled for. Normally I would like to see M work here, however, in your case, I believe the sooner you are rid of him, the better for you. He sounds like such an immature child. You have one child to raise, you don't need to raise him. Not your job.

I don't know if you could use it in court, but I would document it. You might be able to use it when it comes to his state of mind and stability with regards to visitation of baby. I get concerned when someone of this mindset is round kids. I wonder, when S gets older, will he start talking to him that way?

Glad you had fun. You deserved it.
