ok, in my case, we got the separation papers signed and she is admitting to adultry, ok?

this way the divorce will occur and be over in 2 weeks or so. the lawyers encouraged me to move fast and get the sig since she wasn't going for my biz or house. "get her to sign while she's feeling guilty".

we're talking reconciliation now so......

should i let the divorce go through to cover my a$$ and stick to the original deal (separation/divorce agreement), THEN try to reconcile and start all over?

am i thinking like this because my assets are more important to me than her? or am i thinking logically?

Your situation just like me, I make the divoice 5 days after husband told me he has an affair. This is the only way to protect myself. (devoice start 25 of May, still on processing). I am from other culture.

In the future, if you want to reconcile, then do it....if not! nothing loss.

You are thinking logically. Protect yourself first . Reconciliation can occur, if you are still willing even after a divorce. If you do reconcile I would recommend getting a prenuptial agreement. Don't get sucked into her drama.
