What a sad, yet truthful statement. I have said the vows three times, each time I thought for life. This third marriage of mine is so difficult at times, I fear that we may not last and I don't see why we don't get along better as we do not want to split up. A cousin of mine said in her vows"as long as we both shall love" instead of live. That marriage lasted exactly as long as the love did-about five years.
