Well I really blew up at family last night. Said hateful,hurtful things..stormed out of house. Am so angry and frustrated. They can't understand..they just don't get it. How do you explain what your frustrations are so they understand?

My family didn't understand it when I ranted my frustrations, and they didn't want to hear it.
I found that going to an IC gave me the venue I needed to deal with it. When I learned through these sessions what was going on, then I could discuss it in a better manner with my family.
