Still no settlement signed... WS has become a firm believer in the "hidden asset" money tree that showers down money. Continuing to disentangle all aspects of our lives. She came back from Christmas vacation at her familys full of "I love you"s and apologies as well as ulterior motives.

My question for you all is this: how do you handle a WS during a divorce when one minute they're full of crocodile tears and loving regret and the next they're full of spite and hatred?

Also, I'm getting sick of all the trash talk she's slinging all over about me. While I know it's not justifiable, for those with experience, how useful is it to go to those involved and tell them the truth - either to defend yourself or to at least let them know that the picture painted is EXTREMELY biased?
