Today is my first psychological evaluation to determine custody - since H refuses to discuss this directly. He goes in the hour before me.
So at 4 pm EST, please send prayers and positive thoughts. I know I'm doing the right thing. I'm asking for a 60/40 custody split, while he's demanding 50/50. I know in my heart that he's not capable of this in the long term (without MIL & FIL enabling). Three lawyers have said that my proposal is fair, please send positive thoughts.

For those who have not followed my story, my H was a very uninvolved father, and I felt like a single parent.

Good luck today with the evaluation. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> If it helps any, I had my evaluation last Friday. The interview and testing took about 4 hrs. Be grateful if you finish in 1 hr. My three kids go next. I don't like this. We just told them yesterday about their mom and dad probably living separately in a few months. It broke my heart.

Yesterday was the initial meeting, and I go again today for 1.5 hours. H goes tomorrow. The psy said that he told H that 50/50 is good in concept but is usually unworkable, and given their young age and that they are girls, I will probably get more custody. Yeah!
I'm not denying him parenting time here. I offered 6 of 14 days and he refused it, now I'm offering 5 of 14 days, and I'll find out tonight whether the psyc thinks this is workable.
Keep your prayers coming.
