as you know we are in Al appeal court. asking for part of military retirement that Im entitle to under spousal protection act. X was giving me half, Judge took it away. X got to claim our son on taxes. I was not allowed in room while judge & lawyer talked so Im not sure what was said. was told I got the good old boy treatment. X is claiming money that I never got or we ever had. My annuity was on D papers but X state & military retirement & state farms annuity wasnt counted. I look like Im taking him for everything. It states the reason I cant claim our son on taxes is because the judge said he didnt want to give me any income. X lawyer said there is no proof that I have medical problems & Im not disabled. my new lawyer has the statement from 4 Drs. stating my illness. X was using old bank statement & claiming our son CD as my money as mine. Judge ruled a few months ago that we couldnt divide son CD. they will remain in son name. Both me & son will be there for court hearings. I plan to go all the way to AL supreme court. Im tired of all the lies X & his crooked lawyer are saying.
