Well, hoping final court date is this Wednesday, and yes, I am looking forward to it, but a bit spooked by the judge having such control.
Things are looking pretty good in the kids and my favor, though. Stbx was required to do several things in the settlement agreement and he has done absolutely NONE of them, hasn't even called his kid in 2 1/2 months, owes me over $2000 in his half of the kids medical bills (I sent him original statements and cancelled checks, he says it still doesn't prove I paid it), and with all that, he just went out and bought a Harley Davidson. I think the judge is going to do backflips over this one!
Keep your fingers crossed and all for me, this could be an interesting week!

YEAH!!! Finally it will be over...I know your excited about that aspect of it all finally coming to an end...
I also understand your fear of someone else ie: the judge - having so much control over your future...something that effects you and your kids
and nothing at all to do with Him and his life..
Just wanted to let you know I'll be praying for you..
