Some things the wife has said to her family and me has started us wondering and worrying ifshe might try to grab the kids and run. She is still in a different state with other man, but I'm worry about her state of mind. I file divorce papers tomorrow and that keeps kids under Oregon Law, but doesn't stop her from taking them. I've been looking at a Status Quo Order which keeps the kids in there everyday routine, but it also forces temp child support, temp child care and i believe temp restraining order (supervised visits for her). Smart Idea???
See other post for backgroud.
