I am packing it in --moving on. She has agreed to what I propose as a property settlement. I live in PA -- it costs $121 to file at the local court house. W/O any contesting, it is done in three months.

Can anyone recommend a good, "Do it yourself Divorce kit" I might download from the net?

Thanks!

HH,

Many on this site have reco'd Divorce Source .com But have no personal experience with do it yourself kits.

Sorry to hear that but it's good that she agreed to everything.

I grew up in PA near Valley Fordge.

Hi H_H,

You might try http://www.mylawyer.com

It's not expensive and the forms are correct.

I live in Ohio so we're neighbors. I used to go deer hunting near Uniontown and am a big fan of the Brown's Steeler's rivalry. We're gonna whip you guys next year! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Hope this helps.

Greetings and salutations, H_H, my friend. I join with the others to say that I am sorry it has come to this but I am not surprised. It did not seem to me as if your W was willing to even consider your feelings when it came to her activities or her clothing or anything. I am very sorry though. Naturally, my hope was that she would care enough about you to start dressing like a 50yo and start coming home, and you would care enough about her to lighten up a little and learn to trust her a bit. You know.

Anyway, I do not know of a good "Divorce Kit" to download off of the internet; however, here in the wild, wild west (CO) we can purchase a kit at the courthouse that is specific to our state, and it only costs $10. You might want to try calling your county courthouse, domestic division, self-help section and see if you can purchase the papers for PA right there at the courthouse.

Hang in there, buddy. I know it sucks.

Yo Hurrian!
Hey man, I'm sorry to see it come to this. At the same time, I'm glad, too. You will find someone who treats you with care and love. Your wife can play her teenaged games. She'll wind up used, abused, and alone.

I'm glad you are getting your life back!

Thanks to all for your help & well wishes!
I am feeling OK actually - this phaze seems somewhat natural and not nearly as painful as the discovery of her A's and all the trauma and conflicts that resulted -- Not really knowing if she was with me or not - She wanted out - why fight it -- I have moved on.
Peace to all!
Bob
