Had my first session with my new IC last night. My old IC/MC died last December. Since he did not read my file from last IC, I had to re-hash everything once again. For the first time, I did it without anger, hate or anything else! Maybe I'm actually getting past this bad dream? Told IC that there was no turning back...D was going to happen and I was going down a new path in life. I am sleeping better and feeling better (than recently) so maybe I can actually see a life AFTER D!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Yikes. the counselor died. Hmmmm. Sorry about that. I've had a doctor die, a hair person die, lots of drs retire. But my counselors managed to stay alive.
But I've changed counselors several times.
It's never fun to start over with the whole story but it does help you get a grip on it. I'm glad to hear you're coping with that.
