Today we had a huge argument because I needed to get some work done for the office and my ex was talking on the phone while he was dressing. I needed to get started and told him to get off the phone so I could work. He got angry and while I was working, I heard him on the phone with a friend or his mother (I'm not sure) saying that he was going to file an injunction against me tomorrow.
I'm scared that he's really going to go through with this and now I don't know what to do. Is this just a threat? Can he really do something? We have a Settlement Agreement that was drawn up at Mediation. What can his Lawyer do now that we have been formally divorced by the Court? I guess I pushed him too far.
Also he thinks that I can't get any CS out of him later because I signed the Agreement. Is this true? I was told by my Attorney that once he started to work, I could get CS. I can't get any right now because he is not working.
My Attorney is out of town until next week and I'm really scared.

Since no one answered my post, I will add to this one.
I spoke to my Attorney today and well, my ex went through with his threats and called his Attorney who in turn called my Attorney. Basically he wants me out of the house. His Attorney told my Attorney that she doesn't want to file anything if she doesn't have to but we both should leave the house. The question is, should we rent it out or just leave it vacant while we still pay the mortgage? I would hate to pay the rent on two places. As much as it pains me, I guess I have no choice but to take my parents up on their offer.

babytoluv,
Just so you know, I don't think it was anything personal that no one answered your post. Speaking for myself, I didn't answer because I'm not an attorney and I don't play one on TV, so I have no idea if he can file an injunction or what that means. Plus, I couldn't tell if you two were living in the same house or different houses, if you were in the marital house or he was, etc. etc.
So, it sounds like he basically wants you out of the marital house so you two can sell it and split the proceeds or rent it and pay the mortgage until you can sell it. Is that about right??
