Externally controlled-The thought that the world controls their destiny, their choices, their actions and their paths taken; they think they have no control over how their lives are turning out.

That was our sermon this morning at church; good sermon and a little ironic considering it's been a subject lately on MB.

Our sermon this morning was about temptation!!! Awesome sermon, to bad the xH couldn't of heard what was being said!

The WS had control on whether they strayed from their vows, no one made them seek out the OP.

Yep, I think we all do that at times. I learned very early in my life through Al-anon that the choices I make are my own, and responsibility lies with me as an individual. It was hard drumming it in me why my misery was my own problem, when my ex was the one I thought was causing it all...but they finally did get through.

Yep, I've had some of those sermons where I wished my ex (then husband) was listening, the trouble is they are so far gone, a sermon wouldn't cut the fog.
