I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE FOR ALSMOST A YEAR. PROFILE SAYS IT ALL.
MY QUESTION???
HAS ANYONE OUT THERE DEALT W/ A DIVORCE THAT XWS DIDN'T TRY TO CONTROL YOUR EVERY MOVE, ASSET, EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE.
H WAS SERIAL CHEATER, I TRIED HARD FOR ONE YEAR BUT H IS NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ACTIONS. BEEN IN DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS FOR 9 MONTHS. 3/13 WE HAVE A TRIAL DATE...WE SUPPOSSEDLY SETTLED LAST WEEK (DIDN'T SIGN ANYTHNG BUT AGREED IN 4WAY CONFERENCE WITH LAWYERS) WELL, I GET AGREEMENT TODAY & IT'S ALL CHANGED WITH MANY SNUCK IN LOOP HOLES.
WHEN DOES IT END??? NOW HE'S PITTING THE KIDS AGAINST ME BECAUSE I'VE STARTED DATING.
ANY ADVICE...

I filed a year ago and no movement. It really shows what a huge conflict avoider STBX is. He's done nothing required of him to move this along. So don't think you are alone.
Mine is also a business owner, and I still need to find an acct. to value the business - which he believes is all his. He forgets about all the money he poured into it when we were married.
Yikes.
Stay Strong. I believe that God thought I needed a lesson in Patience - and that I can't control everything.
