We have been through alot, but the jest of it is that my husband has had an affair that has resulted in a pregnancy (he is pretty sure it is his child, but there is some doubt).I feel he is truthful when he says the affair is over. I have read "Surviving An affair" and many questions and answers on the topic of pregnancy and affairs, but they all deal with the women involved in the affair, not my situation. Unsure.

Dear jessie:
Welcome. Have you gone through the MB site thoroughly?
Sorry about the pregnancy. There is some small hope, paternity testing may rule your H out as the father. If not, you'll just have to cross that bridge when you come to it.
You will find other women on the Boards dealing with their husband's "other children". The support may help you get through this hard time.

------------------
Belle, Domestic Goddess

jessie:
There's a section on the boards called Pregnancy/Child under the infidelity section header. You'll find plenty of people over there who can help you with your situation.
In general, if the affair is over and your husband is a willing and supportive partner, you'll be in pretty good shape. If you have children of your own, you may want to pursue a civil divorce to protect your family from outrageous child support judgements. Anyway, drop over and ask your questions.
